Bio4Dreams, BioValley and a|impact: the investment vehicles that support Euleria’s vision
Along with Bio4Dreams and BioValley Investments Partner S.r.l., who from the beginning shared our vision of a measurable rehabilitation both in the clinic and remotely, we extend a warm welcome to our newest member: a|impact – Avanzi Etica SICAF EuVECA S.p.A., the investment vehicle that enabled us to open a second capital increase and supports the development and growth of SMEs and startups with a strong social impact.
Euleria: a Benefit Society under the banner of social value
In order to consciously face the challenges of the market, Euleria wanted to expand its mission by generating social and environmental value in a responsible way; in other words, the new business mode conceives the increase in economic value not as an end, but as a prerequisite of continuity to produce social value. Euleria thus aims to balance the interests of members with those of other value-bearing actors: employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers, stakeholders in general, and the user community as a whole.
With the goal of formulating our new charter, we started precisely from the social, environmental, cultural and health impact data generated on the community.
Euleria’s positive impact on target users in teleriabilitation during lockdown
Over the past 12 months, more than 300 frail individuals have undertaken telerehabilitation with our Kari, in the comfort of their own homes, together with their trusted experts who have monitored their progress remotely through the device’s built-in chat and videocall.
Many of these patients, users of Kari, came to know us through the support of FondazioneVRT, who supported us with commitment; others, on the other hand, had already successfully used Riablo at clinical referral centers, and were able, often together with their caregivers, to overcome the impediments of lockdown by making the home the “first place of care.”

Thus, Euleria’s commitment is translated-from today officially-into the new Benefit Society status:
1) Making rehabilitation more effective than standard treatments, including through greater adherence to prescriptions and continuous listening to the needs of patients and movement professionals.
2) Making rehabilitation more accessible at all levels, including economic, in a market environment where aspects of health, medicine, telemedicine, Digital Health and e-health, in-clinic rehabilitation, remote rehabilitation, reathletization, physical therapy, exercise science, exercise therapy, and physiatry intersect.
3) Reducing, for patients, monetary and time costs necessary to follow rehabilitation and exercise-therapy paths, thanks to the possibility of being followed, with continuity, by a specialist at home, without affecting the quality of the service;
4) Contribute to scientific research through collaborations and studies with Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centers and research institutions to continue to develop innovative solutions designed to improve the quality of life of elderly and frail individuals and their families.
As of today, therefore, Euleria is a Benefit Society; and it is probably the best gift it could have given itself for its first birthday 🎂.
