Information on the processing of personal data

1. Navigation data

The computer systems that allow this site to function acquire, in their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, such as IP addresses or domain names of the computers of users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code on the status of the response rendered by the server (successful, error, etc.. ) and other parameters about the user’s operating system and computer environment. The data will be used only to derive statistical information not associated with any of your identifying information about the use of the site and to check its correct operation and will be deleted immediately after processing.

2. Data you voluntarily provide to us

(a) when you contact us: If you send us an e-mail message to the addresses indicated on the site or if you fill out the “Contact Us” form, we will process your data (name, address, e.mail, content of the message, telephone number) only to respond to your requests (the legal basis, i.e., the basis required by the legislation to process your data, is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the person concerned).

b) when you apply to work with us: the data you provide us by filling out the “work with us” form (first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, cv) are processed to evaluate your application (the legal basis is the execution of the contract or pre-contractual measures). Keep in mind that we do not need to know information regarding your health status or other “special” types of information, such as information regarding racial or ethnic origin, union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, or sexual orientation. So please do not enter any of this information that is not pertinent to your selection.

c) when you consent to receive promotional communications from us: the first name, last name, and e-mail address you have provided may be used, with your consent, to send you information about products, services, events offered by us or our business partners (the legal basis is consent).

(d) when you purchase our services or products: Your contact information (first name, last name, e-mail address) provided to us when you purchase our products or services may be used to send you promotional information about products or services similar to those you have purchased, without prejudice to the possibility for you to object to this sending from the beginning and also later by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” button on the footer of the e-mail or by writing to the addresses indicated in point 7 (the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the owner and Article 130, paragraph 4, of the Privacy Code).

e) When we have to fulfill legal obligations or defend our right: if it becomes necessary, your data may be processed to fulfill a legal obligation or an order of the Authority or to defend or enforce a right of the Controller in court (the legal bases are the fulfillment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the Controller).
