Scope of application

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the websites of Euleria Srl Società Benefit (hereinafter “Euleria” “Owner”) electronically accessible at the following addresses:

  • euleria.health

This information does not concern other sites, pages, or online services accessible through hypertext links that may be published on the sites but referring to resources external to the Euleria domain.

Data controller

Following consultation of the sites listed above, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed.

The Data Controller in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations is Euleria S.r.l. Types of data processed and processing purposes

User identification data

Through this web portal, we can acquire data relating to the identity of the user, including name, surname, address, email address. The purposes relating to the processing of these data are communication with the user, the conclusion of the service contract, and more generally the operation of the service.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in the submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.


Browsing data do not persist for more than seven days (except for any need of investigation of crimes by the judicial authorities).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the owner’s contact addresses, as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the owner’s sites, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all the personal data included in the communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems

Cookies are not used for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.

Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, whereas on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times in any case not exceeding seven days like other navigation data.

Legal basis of the treatment

The personal data indicated on these sites are processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of fulfilling the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR, alternatively, Euleria undertakes to process personal data to the extent that this is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) c) GDPR or to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or of third parties and does not exceed the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the interested party, pursuant to art. Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR.

Deletion of data and retention period

Unless otherwise indicated, personal data will be stored only until the purposes of collection and conservation are no longer applicable.

The data can be stored if required by applicable EU or national legislation. The treatment will be suspended and the data will be deleted or anonymized at the expiry of the retention period prescribed by the aforementioned rules unless it is necessary to continue to keep the data for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract.

Recipients of the Data

The data collected following the consultation of the sites listed above are recipients of the following subjects designated by the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data processors:

Chino srls – in relation to the aforementioned sites as a provider of secure data backup services in the Chino.io cloud platform.

1and1 IONOS SE – in relation to the aforementioned sites as a provider of data hosting rescue services.

Mailgun Technologies, Inc. – in relation to the aforementioned sites as a provider of the sending and delivery service for emails to the user.

Google Inc. (Google Analytics) Google Analytics relating to Google’s web analysis service.

PayPal Holdings, Inc. in relation to the aforementioned sites as a digital payment service provider

The personal data collected are also processed by the owner’s staff, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided in relation to the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

Transfer to third countries

Unless otherwise indicated, all data processing takes place within the EU or, in any case, in the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).

Some of the third party suppliers we use are located in the USA (Mailgun Technologies, Inc., Google Inc., PayPal Holdings, Inc.). However, all suppliers comply with the Regulation and the treatment is to be considered adequate pursuant to the Privacy Shield.

Rights of the interested party

The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided, access to their personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulations). The specific request to the Authority is presented by contacting the Data Controller by email at the following address: info@euleria.it.

Right of complaint

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them by the Data Controller pursuant to this privacy statement occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, as required by art. . 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).

Changes to the privacy policy

Euleria reserves the right to modify this privacy statement.

The modification of the privacy information, which refers to the use of the data already collected, takes place only if this is reasonable for the interested party. In fact, if and to the extent that the changes to the privacy policy refer to the use of the data already collected, we will promptly inform the interested party via email, on our app, or in any other form. If no opposition is proposed within the specified period, the modified privacy policy will be deemed accepted by the user. In the notification, there will also be information on the right of opposition by the interested party and the relevance of the opposition period.
